Lecture: SQE1 – Module- Criminal Law (Online)

Introduction

This course will guide students through the core legal principles and rules to be tested by the SQE Functioning Legal Knowledge assessment in criminal law. The course will help students understand and revise the fundamental principles that test knowledge through the use of MCQs, as well as with practical examples of the application of the law. The MOCK WORKSHOP will be held on 9 April 2023.

Case law and legislation will be provided where necessary, with the course focusing on the fundamental principles behind those common law and statutory statements.
