Introduction
The LECTURE course is particularly aimed at candidates preparing for the SQE1 assessment. In this course we will follow the life of a civil claim including the different options of dispute resolution available, commencing civil proceedings, responding to a claim, making interim applications, case management, evidential considerations, costs and enforcement of judgments.
The Lecture will be followed by the MOCK WORKSHOP which will explain fundamental principles with reference to practical examples and readers will be able to test their knowledge.
