In this MOCK WORKSHOP students will revise the relevant core principles and rules of criminal law. Participants will develop their knowledge and understanding of the subject as assessed in the SQE1. Students will also be able to test both their subject knowledge and their ability to identify and apply relevant legal principles and rules appropriately to problem scenarios, through MCQs in the style of the SQE Assessment. This MOCK WORKSHOP follows the Lecture in Criminal Law on 8 April 2023.
With the aid of a tutor, the answers will be discussed together with tips and tricks on how to avoid pitfalls and traps in the exam.
