In this MOCK WORKSHOP students will revise mocks that cover the fundamental rules and pervasive knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of a solicitor in practice, and will guide participants through the key rules and responsibilities by use of practice examples and experience-based scenarios.
In this MOCK WORKSHOP students will built on concepts learnt during the LECTURE on Ethics and Professional Conduct on 3 June 2023.
With the aid of a tutor, the answers will be discussed together with tips and tricks on how to avoid pitfalls and traps in the exam.
