In this MOCK WORKSHOP students will revise mocks that cover the the life of a civil claim including the different options of dispute resolution available, commencing civil proceedings, responding to a claim, making interim applications, case management, evidential considerations, costs and enforcement of judgments falling within the SQE 1 – FLK 2 Assessment.
In this MOCK WORKSHOP students will built on concepts learnt during the LECTURE on Dispute Resolution on 27 May 2023.
With the aid of a tutor, the answers will be discussed together with tips and tricks on how to avoid pitfalls and traps in the exam.
