SQE 1 Tort Law

Introduction

This course will give participants preparing for the SQE1 assessment a concise and clear overview of the law of tort. Participants will develop their knowledge and understanding of the subject as assessed in the SQE1. 

Students will also be able to test both their subject knowledge and their ability to identify and apply relevant legal principles and rules appropriately to problem scenarios, through MCQs in the style of the SQE Assessment.
