In this MOCK WORKSHOP students will revise the relevant core principles and rules of Business law and Practice. Participants will develop their knowledge and understanding of the subject as assessed in the SQE1. Students will also be able to test both their subject knowledge and their ability to identify and apply relevant legal principles and rules appropriately to problem scenarios, through MCQs in the style of the SQE Assessment. This MOCK WORKSHOP follows the Lecture Business Law and Practice on 15 April 2023.
There will be plenty of opportunities for participants to test their functional legal knowledge as defined by SQE1 and applying relevant legal principles appropriately to SQE – style single best answer MCQs.
With the aid of a tutor, the answers will be discussed together with tips and tricks on how to avoid pitfalls and traps in the exam.
Private classes online are now available to help you understand and pass your SQE 1 test. Group courses must meet the minimum numbers to be activated.
