LECTURE: SQE1 Land Law (online)
Introduction
This course will help candidates preparing for the SQE1 exam to revise the legal concepts that underpin land law and form part of the Functioning Legal Knowledge for the SQE1 assessment. Students will be given a combination of case law extracts plus practical scenarios to demonstrate how the law operates in practice.
Candidates will be able to test their subject knowledge and their ability to identify and apply relevant statutes, case law, legal principles and rules to problem scenarios, through MCQs in the style of the SQE assessments. This Lecture will be followed by a MOCK WORKSHOP will be held on 23 April 2023.
You can study for the SQE1 Land law on a 1:1 basis or as part of a group.
